Akeley Village Hall

Akeley Village Hall was opened in 2006. It is a registered charity run for the benefit of the village. Akeley is located just three miles north of Buckingham on the A413. The Hall is located off Church Hill behind the village school, has its own access road and car park, and is adjacent to the village playing field and wild-life area.
The hall is designed to provide a central meeting point for residents and is used for a variety of events in the village including the annual Village Pig Roast and Party, and The Village School PTFA Summer Fayre and Christmas Market. There are regular external users including  Innovations, and various fitness classes and playgroups. (go to Links page for more details).
The building is centrally heated and has excellent facilities, with a 127 square metre main hall, entrance lobby, toilets, a well-equipped kitchen with serving hatches into the main hall and the entrance lobby, and separate storage facilities. Three sets of double doors provide access to a large external paved area and the adjacent playing field. The hall is WiFi ready.
The hall is available for hire for wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, children's parties, presentations, lectures, fitness groups, and will comfortably accommodate up to 100 people.
