Main Hall
Capacity; 100 people
Standard Rate (commercial): £31.00 per hour
Standard Rate (non-profit): £23.00 per hour
Community Rate (commercial): £23.00 per hour
Community Rate (non-profit): £17.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday Night Parties: £30.00 per hour
Minimum rental periods as follows:
- Voluntary organizations – 2 hours
- Children’s parties – 3 hours
- Private social functions – 5 hours
- Weddings – 15 hours
A 25% discount on the hourly rate will be available for:
- Frequent users – where at least 6 bookings are made at one time
- New users – for the first three individual bookings made by a newly-created village-based voluntary group
- Online bookings will receive a quotation via email or you can ring us to discuss your needs
NB: Closing time on Sundays is 22:30

In order to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from May 2018, Akeley Village Hall Management Committee requires the consent of any potential or actual hirers of the Hall who give personal information in their booking form.
Only relevant information is requested in order to facilitate your hire of the Hall or its equipment, or your participation in Hall events. Your personal information data will never be shared with a third party. If you are a hirer and complete a booking form, you are consenting to us holding and using your data in this way. You may request its amendment or deletion at any time.
Your privacy is important to us so we will always keep your details secure. We will never, except for Gift Aid details to HMRC and Charity Commission communications for trustees, divulge them to any third party or organisation.
